Songs from Here & Back is the fifth live album by the Beach Boys, released in 2006 through Hallmark Gold Crown Stores and only available for two months. The album contains nine never-before-released live recordings from 1989, except for "Wouldn't It Be Nice" and "Good Vibrations" which were recorded in 1974, along with three new solo recordings by members of the band; "Spirit of Rock & Roll" by Brian Wilson, "PT Cruiser" by Al Jardine and "Cool Head, Warm Heart" by Mike Love.
